At KINTO, we stand by the quality of our minimalist homeware and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack the items in their original KINTO product boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
